4134. Опять про могилу Чингисхана?
Из Фейсбука, но нет времени разбираться - надо готовиться к первой зачетной контрольной завтра (да-да-да, и тут прокрастинирую)...

Вроде бы запись от 12-го сентября 2016-го:
Mongolia: Archaeologists Unearth Tomb Of Genghis Khan
Öndörkhaan| Construction workers employed in road building near the Onon River in the Khentii province of Mongolia, have discovered a mass grave containing the remains of many dozens of human corpses lying upon a large rudimentary stone structure. Forensic experts and archaeologists were called on the site, which was revealed to be a Mongolian royal tomb from the 13th century that the scientists believe to be Genghis Khan’s.
The team of scientists affiliated with the University of Beijing, has concluded that the numerous skeletons buried on top of the structure were most likely the slaves who built it and who were then massacred to keep the secret of the location. The remains of twelve horses were also found on the site, certainly sacrificed to accompany the Great Khan in death.
A total of 68 skeletons were found buried together, almost directly over the top of a rather crude stone structure....

Но и оппа - а это писали в середине 2004-го (и тоже фоточки из сегодняшней новости про китайскую находку в Монголии) - Archaeologists have unearthed the site of Genghis Khan's palace and believe the long-sought grave of the 13th century Mongolian warrior is somewhere nearby, the head of the excavation team said Wednesday. A Japanese and Mongolian research team found the complex on a grassy steppe 150 miles east of the Mongolian capital of Ulan Bator... В японской статье много интересных деталей и описаний легенд вокруг могилы.
Вот сижу гуглю в итоге - нахожу немеряно конспирологии и хуже (тут ссылки тоже на английский все) - про то что вообще-то Чингисхан был китайцем, что обнаружение и раскрытие могилы приведет к 3-й мировой войне, как уже совпало раскрытие могилы Тимура и нападение Гитлера на СССР... Единственное что почти наверняка происходит - это новые поиски небедными и давно подвинутыми на поиски исследователями (США и Китай, да).
Повод перечитать Вики и книгу (да, привезли и ее из Москвы, где оказывается лежала...)
В общем пока не верится. Загадал же человек загадку...
