kiowa_mike за пинок в личку - я бы наверное пропустила его пост из-за разницы в часовых поясах... Хороший анализ десятилетия у Миши получился, и по большинству направлений - мыслим очень сходно. Прочтите - и комментарии тоже - ИМХО содержательно и отражает печальную реальность. Не отменяет впрочем вечного вопроса "Что делать" - и главное как.
Но оттуда же из коментов открыла и ещё по-моему очень интересный текст,pdf на английском: Daniel Klimmage, June 2009. Russia. Selective Capitalism and Kleptocracy. Кто читает английский - рекомендую прочесть.
Как минимум потому что эта цитата описывает - о чём статья: "A transition did take place, but it was not to the hoped-for liberal democracy grounded in a free-market economy and the rule of law. Instead, it was a shift from the failing yet still functional bureaucratic authoritarianism of the late-Soviet period to a fl ashier, more footloose authoritarianism that rests on selectively capitalist kleptocracy, the dominance of informal influence groups, a decorative democracy that is often described as “managed,” and officially encouraged attempts to create a new and profoundly illiberal ideology with mass appeal..."
